Job Overview – The First Step in Our Sales Process
The BDR will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads to support Media Happi’s sales goals. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, making your role crucial in setting the tone for the client relationship and ensuring that qualified leads are passed to the account executives for follow-up.

Core Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Daily:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
  • Lead Qualification: Evaluate leads to determine their fit for Media Happi’s products and services.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and update CRM tools to track leads, follow-up activities, and client interactions.
  • Initial Contact: Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, providing them with an overview of Media Happi’s offerings.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with account executives to ensure that leads are handed off smoothly and all relevant information is communicated.

Daily Challenges – Your Routine Tasks:

  • Conduct daily outreach to new and existing prospects.
  • Update CRM systems to reflect the latest interactions and lead status.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify leads for further engagement.
  • Schedule meetings and demos for qualified prospects with the sales team.

  • Market Research & Analysis: Identify industry trends and share insights with the sales and marketing teams.
  • Targeted Campaign Development: Assist in the creation of targeted outreach campaigns to attract high-value leads.
  • Sales Process Improvement: Provide feedback to optimize the lead generation and qualification processes.
  • Relationship Building: Develop relationships with potential clients and partners that may not be immediately ready to purchase but hold future potential.

Qualifications & Requirements:
