Job Overview – The Champion of Big Deals
As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you’ll focus on securing high-value accounts and managing long sales cycles. You’ll be responsible for understanding the unique needs of large enterprises, tailoring solutions to meet their challenges, and leading negotiations that result in lasting partnerships.
Core Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Daily:
- Strategic Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential enterprise clients through targeted outreach and networking.
- Senior-Level Engagement: Engage with senior leadership at prospective companies to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Solution Customization: Work closely with product teams to customize offerings that align with enterprise requirements.
- Complex Negotiations: Lead contract negotiations that meet both client needs and company objectives.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention.
Daily Challenges – Your Routine Tasks:
- Navigate complex sales cycles and keep prospects engaged through various touchpoints.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and customer success to create comprehensive proposals.
- Attend and represent Media Happi at industry conferences and networking events.
- Track deal progress and provide regular updates to sales leadership.

- Sales Strategy Development: Contribute to the creation of strategies that increase enterprise-level sales.
- Client Onboarding Leadership: Oversee the onboarding process for new enterprise clients to ensure a seamless transition.
- Revenue Forecasting: Provide accurate forecasts based on your pipeline and market trends.
- Mentoring: Share your expertise with junior sales team members to develop their skills in enterprise sales.
