Job Overview – Pioneering Proprietary AI Innovation
As an AI Research and Development Specialist, you will spearhead the creation and training of advanced AI models designed to meet and exceed the capabilities of existing third-party APIs. Your expertise will contribute to the development of a robust AI ecosystem, minimizing external costs and solidifying Media Happi’s technological independence.

Core Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Daily:

• AI Model Development: Design, build, and fine-tune large language models and generative AI for text, image, video, and audio production.
• Research and Analysis: Stay updated with the latest AI advancements and leverage platforms such as Hugging Face to inform model development.
• Model Training and Optimization: Implement best practices for training models efficiently and at scale.
• Collaboration with Engineering Teams: Work with software engineers to integrate these AI models into Media Happi’s SaaS products seamlessly.
• Quality Assurance: Test AI models rigorously to ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability.

Daily Challenges – Your Routine Tasks:

• Perform research on new algorithms and machine learning methods.
• Develop prototype models and evaluate their performance.
• Collaborate with data scientists to refine and enhance training datasets.
• Optimize model architectures for faster inference and lower compute costs.

• Data Security: Implement data privacy protocols to maintain security during model training and deployment.

• Research Skills: Experience in publishing or contributing to AI/ML research papers is a plus.
