Job Overview – The Financial Strategist at the Helm
The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for developing and executing financial strategies that align with Media Happi’s goals. This includes managing financial planning, risk management, and compliance, as well as preparing for future funding rounds and an initial public offering (IPO).

Core Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Daily:

• Financial Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive financial strategy that aligns with Media Happi’s growth plans.
• Risk Management: Identify financial risks and create mitigation strategies.
• Fundraising and Investment Management: Oversee funding strategies, including investor relations and preparation for an IPO.
• Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A): Lead the FP&A function to provide insight into financial performance and projections.
• Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and reporting standards in all regions of operation.

Daily Challenges – Your Routine Tasks:

• Collaborate with department heads to align financial planning with strategic initiatives.
• Prepare financial reports and forecasts for the executive team and board.
• Monitor cash flow and budget adherence.
• Manage relationships with investors, auditors, and financial institutions.

• IPO Preparation: Develop and execute a roadmap for taking Media Happi public.
• Capital Allocation: Make strategic decisions on capital investments to support long-term growth.
• Global Financial Compliance: Ensure the company meets financial regulations across all regions of operation.
• Financial Technology Integration: Implement advanced financial tools to enhance data analysis and reporting.
