Job Overview – Guiding Legal and Corporate Strategy
The Chief Legal and Corporate Affairs Officer will lead all legal and regulatory initiatives, ensuring compliance across international markets and guiding the company’s corporate affairs. This role is essential for protecting Media Happi’s interests, managing risk, and fostering transparent corporate governance.
Core Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Daily:
- Legal Strategy: Develop and implement a global legal strategy that aligns with business objectives.
- Corporate Governance: Oversee corporate policies and ensure compliance with all applicable laws.
- Risk Management: Identify and manage potential legal risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Contract Oversight: Draft, review, and negotiate high-stakes contracts, partnerships, and agreements.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure Media Happi adheres to international, federal, and local regulations.
Daily Challenges – Your Routine Tasks:
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company.
- Work with other executives to ensure legal aspects are integrated into business strategies.
- Address any legal disputes or issues that arise.
- Liaise with external legal counsel when necessary.
