Job Overview – Championing People and Culture
The Chief People and Culture Officer will oversee talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational culture. This role is critical for creating an environment that attracts top talent, nurtures growth, and aligns with Media Happi’s mission and values.
Core Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Daily:
- HR Strategy Development: Create and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Talent Acquisition and Retention: Lead efforts to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
- Cultural Development: Foster an inclusive, innovative, and collaborative workplace culture.
- Leadership Development: Implement programs that develop future leaders and align with company objectives.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance reviews and career development plans.
Daily Challenges – Your Routine Tasks:
- Collaborate with department leaders to align HR practices with company objectives.
- Implement employee feedback programs to enhance workplace satisfaction.
- Review and improve compensation and benefits packages.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.

- IPO HR Readiness: Prepare HR policies and employee programs that align with the needs of a publicly traded company.
- Diversity and Inclusion Programs: Lead initiatives to create a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- Employee Engagement Metrics: Develop and track metrics that measure employee engagement and satisfaction.
- HR Technology Integration: Implement advanced HR technology to streamline processes and enhance the employee experience.

- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead HR teams through periods of change.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
