Job Overview – Steering Strategic Vision and Innovation
The Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer will be responsible for defining and executing strategic initiatives that support Media Happi’s growth and competitive positioning. This role involves deep collaboration with all departments to ensure that the company’s strategic direction aligns with its long-term vision.

Core Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Daily:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and oversee the company’s strategic roadmap.
• Innovation Leadership: Identify and lead key innovation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Market Positioning: Analyze industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with product, marketing, sales, and operations to ensure cohesive execution.
• Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs to measure the success of strategic initiatives.

• Host strategy sessions with key stakeholders.
