Job Overview – Leading the Charge in Technological Innovation
The Chief Technology Officer will be the driving force behind Media Happi’s technological roadmap and the architect of our digital future. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate complex technical challenges into scalable solutions that enhance user experience and secure our position as a leading SaaS provider. The CTO will work closely with other executive leaders to align technology strategies with business objectives, ensuring growth and operational excellence.

Core Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Daily:

• Technology Strategy: Develop and implement a forward-thinking, comprehensive technology strategy that supports Media Happi’s business goals and enhances our competitive edge.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a dynamic team of engineers, developers, and tech specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, ensuring high-quality and scalable solutions.
• Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, and business development teams to align on cross-functional goals and technology needs.
• Budget Management: Manage the technology budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI and innovation potential.

• Review development progress and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Stay informed about new technologies and trends, evaluating their potential impact on Media Happi.
• Approve and implement new system designs and architecture changes.
• Coordinate with the cybersecurity team to safeguard data and user privacy.
• Present technical updates and strategic insights to the executive board.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading and scaling tech teams.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, including experience presenting to boards and stakeholders.
• Project Management: Proficiency in agile methodologies and project management tools.
