Job Overview – Leading AI Product Innovation
The Director of AI-Driven Product Innovation will be responsible for the full lifecycle of AI-powered product features, from ideation to deployment. This executive-level role will identify opportunities for leveraging AI to improve existing products and launch new ones that align with Media Happi’s vision.

• Product Strategy and Vision: Develop a strategic vision for AI-powered product innovation that aligns with company objectives.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, product management, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive product development.
• Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify gaps and opportunities for AI-based features.
• Prototyping and Validation: Oversee the creation and validation of product prototypes and proof-of-concepts.
• Performance Metrics: Set and track KPIs for AI product success and iterate based on data-driven insights.
