Job Overview – Upholding Integrity and Compliance in AI
As the Director of Ethical AI and Compliance, you will oversee the development and implementation of ethical guidelines for all AI initiatives at Media Happi. You will ensure that AI solutions are transparent, unbiased, and comply with legal and industry standards.

Core Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Daily:

• Ethics Framework Development: Create and maintain comprehensive ethical guidelines for AI projects.
• Compliance Oversight: Ensure that AI initiatives comply with data privacy regulations and industry standards.
• Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks in AI deployments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Training and Education: Lead training programs on ethical AI practices for all employees involved in AI development.
• Collaboration with Legal Teams: Work closely with legal teams to interpret and apply compliance requirements.

Daily Challenges – Your Routine Tasks:

• Review AI models and projects for ethical considerations.
• Stay updated on new regulations and best practices in ethical AI.
• Address any ethical or compliance concerns raised during the AI lifecycle.
• Conduct audits and create reports on compliance.

Advanced Duties – How You’ll Elevate Media Happi:

• Global Compliance Strategy: Develop a global strategy for compliance that meets international standards.
• Thought Leadership in Ethics: Represent Media Happi at industry events focused on ethical AI practices.
• Policy Development: Create policies that guide the responsible use of AI across the company.
• Transparency Initiatives: Lead initiatives to make AI processes transparent and explainable to users.
