Job Overview – The Custodian of Compliance and Integrity
The Global Compliance and Regulatory Director will develop and implement compliance strategies that align with Media Happi’s international expansion. This role requires deep knowledge of regional regulations, a proactive approach to risk management, and strong leadership to coordinate efforts across multiple territories.

Core Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Daily:

• Compliance Strategy Development: Create and implement compliance frameworks tailored to each region.
• Regulatory Research: Conduct ongoing research into regional laws and industry standards that impact SaaS operations.
• Global Coordination: Collaborate with regional compliance officers to ensure alignment and consistency.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate compliance risks associated with business operations.
• Training Programs: Develop training materials and conduct sessions to educate staff on compliance requirements.

• Monitor changes in international regulations and update company policies accordingly.
