Job Overview – Championing Global Sales Excellence
As a Global Sales Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of Media Happi’s client engagement strategy. You will lead high-impact sales initiatives, cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, and drive the sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Your role will be essential to elevating Media Happi’s brand and revenue on a global scale.

Core Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Daily:

  • Client Engagement: Identify, contact, and develop relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions that align with Media Happi’s offerings.
  • Sales Presentations: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to C-level executives and stakeholders.
  • Contract Negotiations: Lead contract discussions and finalize deals in alignment with company policies.

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create client-focused solutions.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and maintain CRM systems.
  • Adapt sales strategies based on client feedback and market trends.
  • Track competitor activities and adjust approaches accordingly.

  • Influencer Engagement: Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and build brand authority.

  • Mentorship: Provide insights and mentorship to junior sales associates.
