Job Overview – The Backbone of Operational Efficiency
As a SaaS Operations Manager, you will oversee service delivery, monitor performance, and manage the internal operations that keep Media Happi running smoothly. You will collaborate with different teams to ensure that the company meets its service level agreements (SLAs) and operational KPIs.

Core Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Daily:

• Operational Oversight: Monitor the overall performance of SaaS services and implement solutions to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with engineering, customer support, and product teams to maintain operational harmony.
• Performance Metrics Tracking: Measure and report on KPIs related to uptime, performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Issue Resolution: Identify operational bottlenecks and implement strategies for resolution.
• Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to SLAs and regulatory compliance.

Daily Challenges – Your Routine Tasks:

• Conduct daily performance checks and analyze data for areas of improvement.
• Hold regular meetings with cross-functional teams to coordinate operational efforts.
• Manage and resolve operational incidents quickly and effectively.
