Job Overview – The Closer of Deals
As a SaaS Sales Account Executive, you will own the entire sales journey for your assigned leads and accounts. From initial contact to final agreement, you’ll be responsible for guiding prospects through the sales cycle, demonstrating value, and ultimately closing deals.
Core Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Daily:
- Full-Cycle Sales Management: Manage the sales process from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
- Inbound & Outbound Outreach: Respond to inbound inquiries and proactively reach out to potential clients.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demos that showcase how Media Happi’s solutions address client pain points.
- Proposal Development: Prepare detailed proposals tailored to each client’s needs.
- Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Daily Challenges – Your Routine Tasks:
- Follow up with prospects to keep them engaged throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and maximize lead conversion.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales progress in CRM tools.
- Negotiate terms and close contracts that align with company goals.
Advanced Duties – How You’ll Elevate Media Happi:
- Strategic Account Planning: Develop account plans for top-tier clients to foster long-term relationships.
- Upsell and Cross-Sell Strategies: Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.
- Sales Performance Analysis: Track metrics and refine strategies to achieve higher conversion rates.
- Mentorship: Guide junior sales reps by sharing best practices and coaching them on complex sales strategies.
