Job Overview – Your Role in Enhancing SaaS Sales Success
As a SaaS Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in connecting potential clients with Media Happi’s innovative solutions. You’ll guide them through the sales process, showcase product capabilities, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Your technical proficiency and sales acumen will be key in turning opportunities into success stories.

Core Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Daily:

  • Product Demos and Presentations: Deliver compelling product demonstrations that highlight Media Happi’s unique value proposition.
  • Technical Expertise: Serve as the go-to resource for all technical inquiries during the sales process.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to identify and address client needs, ensuring that opportunities progress smoothly through the sales funnel.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze feedback from prospects to inform product improvements and align solutions with market demands.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring they are set up for success and fully understand how to leverage Media Happi’s tools.

  • Conduct product workshops and training sessions for potential clients.
  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure feature alignment with client expectations.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues during demos or onboarding.
  • Provide timely follow-up communications to prospects.

  • Sales Strategy Input: Collaborate with sales leadership to develop strategies for complex, high-value deals.
  • Upsell Identification: Spot opportunities for upselling or cross-selling within existing client relationships.
  • Technical Sales Training: Train and mentor other sales team members on the technical aspects of Media Happi’s offerings.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Recommend and implement improvements to streamline the sales process.
